To be eligible for a return you will need proof of purchase and you must return the remaining product in its original packaging at your own expense.

 


RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy on any order made through www.the-herbtender.com, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a refund (excludes shipping price). If 30 days have passed, we may still be able to offer online credit for the-herbtender.com.

To be eligible for a return you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.


TO INITIATE A RETURN

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend that you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes when returning items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund, a process that typically requires 7-10 days.


RETURNS FOR SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. To ensure timely processing, we require a minimum of 3 business days' notice before the scheduled shipping date for cancellations.

Cancellation requests made after the 3-day window may not be accommodated, as preparations for shipping would have already commenced.

Once a subscription order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds for the delivered items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
